Make sure your gifts arrive on time!

For many, Christmas is not only the most beautiful, but also the most stressful time of the year. That is why we have put together an overview for you of when you can order something so that everything is under the Christmas tree on time.

Delivery before Christmas*:
Germany: December 17th

Austria: December 18th

Other countries: December 16th 

*Please note that the actual delivery date depends on the shipping service provider.

Embroidered articles - plan more time
If you add an embroidery to an item, please allow 4-5 working days more.

Returns & exchanges of Christmas purchases
Extended return period for all orders between 05.12.2024 and 31.12.2024. If the items show no signs of use, you can send them back or exchange them free of charge until January 31st, 2025.

You can easily track your deliveries. After shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
